Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perio Prosth Education website and your registration for any courses, workshops, symposiums, or other educational events offered by Perio Prosth Education ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be subject to capacity limits.
Perio Prosth Education reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration when necessary, including in cases of payment issues, administrative error, or inappropriate conduct.
2. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of our accepted payment methods at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Changes in pricing will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend an event, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@perioprostheducation.com
Refunds are based on the date your written cancellation request is received.
60 Days or More Before the Event
You will receive a full refund of your registration fee, less a $50 administrative processing fee.
15–59 Days Before the Event
You will receive a 75% refund of your registration fee.
14 Days or Less Before the Event
You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
Refunds will generally be processed within 10–14 business days after approval and will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Event Changes
Perio Prosth Education reserves the right to:
Modify course content
Change speakers or instructors
Adjust schedules
Change venues
Reschedule events
Cancel events if necessary
If Perio Prosth Education cancels an event, registered participants will receive a full refund of registration fees or may elect to transfer their registration to another available event.
Perio Prosth Education is not responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, lost wages, travel expenses, or other incidental costs incurred by participants.
5. Continuing Education Credit
Continuing education credit, when offered, will be awarded only to participants who satisfy all attendance and participation requirements established for the program.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information required for CE documentation.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, manuals, videos, graphics, and educational content are the intellectual property of Perio Prosth Education or the respective presenters unless otherwise noted.
Materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of registered participants.
Without prior written permission, participants may not:
Reproduce course materials
Record presentations
Distribute course content
Upload materials to websites or social media
Use course materials for commercial purposes
7. Photography and Video
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during educational events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
By attending an event, you grant Perio Prosth Education permission to use photographs or video in which you may appear unless you notify us in writing before the event begins.
8. Participant Conduct
We are committed to providing a professional, respectful learning environment.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward faculty, staff, vendors, and fellow attendees.
Perio Prosth Education reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Participants removed for misconduct are not entitled to a refund.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
Interfere with website functionality
Upload malicious software or harmful code
10. Disclaimer
Educational content provided by Perio Prosth Education is intended for informational and continuing education purposes only.
Participants remain solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment and complying with applicable laws, regulations, licensure requirements, and accepted standards of patient care.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perio Prosth Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in our educational programs or use of our website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable event registration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
Perio Prosth Education may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will become effective upon posting to our website with an updated Effective Date.
Continued use of our website or participation in our educational programs constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
