Clark Chen DMD

Clark Chen DMD graduated dental school from AT Still’s Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in 2012 where he also received a certificate in public health from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Chen received his certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of California, San Francisco in 2015 and his certificate in Periodontics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2021. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and practices periodontics in a private practice and launched Perio Prosth Education in the Summer of 2026.
