Prize
One (1) complimentary registration to the Perio Prosth Ortho Symposium, taking place April 23–24, 2027.
The prize includes symposium registration only. It does not include travel, lodging, parking, transportation, or any other expenses associated with attending the symposium.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published and ends on August 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on August 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM MST.
Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ASDOH) alumni.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Perio Prosth Education are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following before the entry deadline:

Tag one (1) ASDOH classmate in the comments on the giveaway post.
Repost the giveaway post in your stories.
Subscribe to the Perio Prosth Education email list.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments, tags, or email subscriptions will not result in additional entries.
By subscribing to the email list, participants agree to receive marketing and event communications from Perio Prosth Education. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or by being tagged in a comment on the giveaway post.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Conditions
The complimentary registration is valid only for the Perio Prosth Ortho Symposium on April 23–24, 2027.
The registration may not be transferred to another individual, exchanged for cash, or applied to any other event unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, approves otherwise.
General Conditions
Perio Prosth Education reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these Official Rules.
Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Perio Prosth Education, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway, including email addresses, will be used in accordance with the Perio Prosth Education Privacy Policy and for administering this giveaway and future communications from Perio Prosth Education. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
